There are numerous photos to inspire your ideas and detailed descriptions providing the information you require to decide which wood tables, bars, seating, displays and games you will rent to impress your guests.
Don't forget to check out the Delivery FAQ page to understand our process. Most of our customers receive absolutely free delivery by following a couple of easy guidelines. Basically if your rental order meets our minimum for your area, delivery and pick-up are between 8am-8pm, and placement access isn't tough on our team, then you are getting free delivery.

Exhibit Design
Our team has extensive exhibit design and building expertise to create displays and other tradeshow elements. Our goal is to emphasize the west coast natural wood look and reduce the overuse of synthetic and unrecyclable materials in the process.
Plan & build
Most of our work is pre-planned and our role is limited to delivery and placement. However when requested we love offering our suggestions for creating your space. After 20 years of event production, layout and development, you learn a few things.
